The Federal Government of Nigeria has described Faith-Based Organizations, FBOs, Traditional Institutions, and other Civil Society Organizations as essential partners in successfully implementing the agenda to improve health outcomes for Nigerians.
The Minister for Health and Social Services, Prof. Mohammed Ali Pate, said the goal of the government to provide health for all Nigerians could be achieved by addressing these needs, using a sector-wide approach with primary healthcare as the foundation.
